| You should only choose this hotel because of the location, normal price for this Hotel standard is below 2000 bath per night for the best rooms.
Beware of the pool, dirty and not up to healthy expectations. |

| I took a standard room annex which is a guesthouse room the quality really dissapointed, many mosquitoes, the room was humid n unconvenient, no cattle jug for hot water, too expensive for that standard, never come back again to that hotel |

| Be carefull booking in this hotell! It looks very nice in the website but when we arrived they toke us for a walk behind a wall, where the staff maybe liveI Anyway lot of moscitos, dirty, dark and terrible. The rooms we booked two was unbeliveble, dirty, dark and with mold almost no window and the wiew a wlll of bricks 50 cm ahead!! When we remark on this they show us some other dark window less rooms in same conditions. When we told them that we have paid 2.800 bath/room and night over the net for 3 days and they offer us rooms in the level of 300-500 bath in high season. We was very disappointed and told them to give us rooms we have paid for. They offer us then the houses by the pool which was very nice but they wanted 550 bath extra per night. After some discussion we accepted the price it was our first night so....
We have very good experience of Thailand and have been there many times but never been offer rooms like this they are not for people, God!!!! And at that level!! The highs season is off you can see that in beaches and public places and teh rest of the the time we spend in Thaliland this time,we was in Koh Lanta exclusive bungalow near beach just 1000 Bath per night! So dont stay at this hotel and even the brakfast was changed to a boring plate American breakfast!

| Hotel reservation is fast and efficient, keep it up ! Hotel is just right infront of the seaside, nice location,easy accessible by tuk-tuk within Krabi, helpful staff and good ambiance. We booked a family room, very clean and comfortable but the bed is too hard to sleep in. Breakfast is good but is the same menu every morning. Overall stay is pleasant, would recommend to friends at Ao Nang Sea Front Thai Resort. |

| Hotel was great mostly! If I could improve on 2 things, they would be the choices for breakfast and clarity that the hotel is not by the beach. One has to cross the road to the beach. The view of Ao Nang beach is just splendid. The food along Ao Nang beach should be improved with more authentic local delicacies. The employees of the hotel were extremely friendly and prompt whenever a request was made. |

| The service is good n the room condition is satisfied. May be is because of not fully occupied. The massage attached with the resort is nice and cheaper. Really really near to the beach and very convenient to walk around. |

| Defintly NOT a hotel to reccomend if you dont take one of their more expensive choises. I ended up in an ally with no windows and a bar next door. Over my room i had a rockband that had their practice all nigt and day. Friendly staff and ok breakfast made the experience ok. Not more. I will choose antother alternative next time! |

| We booked a Deluxe Balcony Terrace, guesthosue, double. I beleve it was a great hotel once. Now it could really need some renovation. But the staff were nice and helpful and fixed things quickly when something broke down. The breakfast was great. |

| Place is a dump. Not worth the money. It looks great in the pictures but I would ever stay here again for this high price. The room was tiny and felt unclean. The pool was dirty and never clean during our visit. |

| right in the thick of it on ao nang seafront though the resort itself is peaceful enough. the decor in the rooms was a little dated but perfectly acceptable for the price. wanted to extend my stay but would have had to change to one of the cheaper rooms (which I took a look at)these are not so good - windowless and tucked away down an alleyway |

| No problems with the hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Room was fairly nice, definitely clean and with hot water and TV. Quiet surroundings - back faces a jungle so all you hear is the buzz of jungle life and no other noise. Nice but small pool which we couldn t use at all because it rained the whole time. |

| In the middle of Ao nang Beach, Room is fantastic toilet is clean, staff very friendly. Breakfast boring (A-La-Carte) I booked with sawadee.com deluxe guesthouse (on the backside and far from the beach but when arrived I change to deluxe room, resort is easier to walk to beach. Pool is ok See you next time |

| Our expectations didn´t live up to this hotel at all! We booked a standard guest room and we got a room located down the street far from the main building, pool and everything. We had to pay over price to get a room in the basement in the main building. The service was low and the room was dirty even after their everyday cleaning! Would never recommend this hotel and the pictures of it is hardly recognizable. |

| Ok hotel, good breakfast, nice personnell but the chap rooms were almost without daylight due to small windows in an alley.
