| The curb appeal of this place was so bad, which was mirrored by the interior/reception area that we didn t stay there. Rather, we transfered to there sister hotel which was far superior, better location with minor incremental upcharge. |

| Instead of Extra bed that we request Aoang Terrace provide us with Family suite so we got a very spacious room. Teh room clean event missing an elevator. But we have been greet with very frendly staff with fluent english speaking. Thee tuk-tuk that they provide is trully bring the benefit for us. I shall be back to Aonang terrace |

| we stayed only one night, then moved to the sister hotel beach terrace hotel. no problem. The beach terrace had a pool, it was ok to swim in, but the poolsides needed a clean. The desk staff was very nice and helpful, but the restaurantstaff had not leand about good service. |

| Ok hotel, big rooms and maybe a bittoo long frpm center compared with the map shown at the bookingsite. But they offered free transport to city/beach by tuk-tuk. The loss was the swimmingpool, it was not so easy to use the pool at Beach terrace hotel, it was not next door . |

| pretty nice standard room. shower was a bit weak though. the hotel itself was just a 10 minute walk from the main stretch of ao nang beach. its also near a night market that sells pretty cheap thai food. |

| It s quite a walk to the main shopping and dining area in AoNang, but ok.
Our room wasn t satisfactory though, when we entered it, there was used soap in the shower, a packet of condoms in the trash (yuk!) and a pair of flip flops on the floor. A dreadful smell came every once in a while from the AC.
The staff though were great! Very friendly and helpful, with whatever we needed or asked for. Still: won t live there the next time we visit AoNang. |

| Large and clean room. Shower open to toiletarea, which means all will be wet after a shower. Safe-box did not function. Breakfirst was bad, mainly because of NOT ENGAGED STAFF. Short walkingdistance to sea and restaurantareas. |

| Location was good for us - a brief walk away from the main drag. Our first room was alley-side and quiet, but intolerable with broken a/c - we moved at 3am across the hall to louder room with working a/c, which was handled well. We brought earplugs for plane trip so it worked out fine - there is a club downstairs and street noise was noticeable - could be a problem if you are a light sleeper. Both rooms were clean and nice, good value. Breakfast was spartan (fruit toast and an egg or omelete). Note all across Thailand, sausage really means weiner, so go with the ham instead. I d stay here again - motorbike rental 2 minute walk away, very nice. Also recommend the 4 island tour by speedboat - all the booking agents charge about the same for it, but ask for 10% off - you might get it. |

| When we arrived this hotel was closed down but we were moved into the Beach Terrace Hotel at no extra cost. Lovely hotel right on the beach, good views, good food, friendly and efficient staff. I would use this hotel again. |

| The rooms where very good and we would not hesitate to book this hotel next time we visit Thailand. But we would have liked better breakfast. Different kinds of bread, cheese and decent coffe would be nice.
Best regards
